📋 Description

• Support development, planning, and implementation of the S&OP process • Execute global sourcing strategies across supplier categories • Manage a complex product portfolio, inventory, vendor relationships, and total delivered cost • Coordinate purchase requisitions in the ERP system • Monitor supplier performance KPIs and reporting • Align production and development efforts with program goals • Communicate demand and forecasts with vendors and suppliers • Manage demand planning meetings and gather total demand from internal business partners • Develop and manage manufacturing and distribution plans for new and existing products • Create replenishment plans and orders for finished products • Develop and implement safety stock levels • Manage manufacturing plan communications and purchase order processes • Resolve exceptions, escalate supply risks, and implement mitigation strategies • Manage the monthly Sales and Operations Planning process and communicate results • Report supply chain metrics and partner with Finance on month-end close and J-SOX controls • Manage inventory levels, stock movements, and inventory reconciliation • Model supply scenarios with high accuracy and documented assumptions • Coordinate transportation and logistics, release documentation, invoice discrepancies, and master data • Address distribution escalations and manage resolutions with 3PLs and internal teams • Manage ERP interfaces, transactions, and postings • Manage 3PL inventory, returns, claims, recalls, destructions, and reporting • Manage pick/pack/ship processes and delivery performance • Manage packing instructions, shipping configurations, and transportation methods • Manage distribution state license submissions and renewals • Manage international and intercompany orders and shipments • Manage serialization programs at 3PLs to comply with DSCSA requirements • Manage distribution budgets, service purchase orders, invoices, expense allocations, forecasts, and accruals • Lead vendor and supplier relationships across manufacturing, supply chain, packaging, distribution, and logistics • Manage service agreements, product launches, business reviews, performance metrics, and audits • Monitor supply chain and packaging risks and report supplier performance • Improve processes and system efficiency while maintaining compliance • Manage supply chain SOPs and training curriculum to comply with GxP, company policies, and industry regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field • 5–7 years of experience • Business analytical skills • Project management skills • ERP experience • Proficiency with MS 365 Suite • Negotiation skills • Team leadership skills • Networking skills • Well-organized thought, communication, and work • Ability to deal with ambiguity • Curious mindset • Adaptability • Ability to work and lead in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team environment • Industry experience in pharma, medical device, or food • Preferred: APICS certification • Preferred: GMP knowledge • Preferred: SAP S/4HANA experience
