📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and retain a team of Implementation Managers and Enablement Consultants. • Coach team members through live engagement feedback, structured 1:1s, and skill-building. • Establish expectations, performance standards, and growth paths. • Own and evolve Ottimate's outcome-driven implementation methodology. • Translate customer goals into structured, measurable implementation experiences. • Build and maintain implementation playbooks, frameworks, and escalation guides. • Serve as an escalation point for delivery risks and complex client issues. • Ensure documentation standards across active engagements. • Guide customers through organizational change associated with adopting new AP workflows. • Partner with customer leadership to build confidence in the implementation process. • Identify and address root causes of stalled implementations. • Partner with the Solution Architect on transitions from pre-sales scoping to implementation. • Collaborate with Customer Success on account health, escalations, and customer ownership transition. • Work with Product & Engineering on JIRA prioritization, custom configurations, and product gaps. • Partner with Sales to align customer expectations before contracts are signed. • Represent implementation in cross-functional leadership discussions. • Own capacity planning, resource allocation, and workload management. • Define and track implementation metrics including time-to-live, utilization, go-live satisfaction, and delivery consistency. • Contribute to Services organization strategy as Ottimate scales.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in SaaS implementation, professional services, or customer onboarding, with at least 3-4 years in a people management or formal team lead role. • Demonstrated track record of building or meaningfully improving an implementation practice. • Experience with AP, procurement, or financial operations workflows strongly preferred. • ERP or accounting system implementation experience (Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Acumatica, Microsoft BC) is a plus. • Change management experience leading customers through operational change and internal teams through process transformation. • Outcome-oriented mindset focused on customer-achieved value. • Exceptional coaching instinct using direct feedback, observation, and example. • Consultative approach to customers and teams. • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution. • Direct and clear communication skills, including difficult feedback and customer conversations. • Comfort with ambiguity and organizational transformation.
