📋 Description

• Prepare and submit professional claims • Correct routine claim errors and rejections • Work assigned billing and follow-up queues in Epic • Apply foundational knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, modifiers, and payer rules • Meet productivity, quality, and timeliness standards • Perform other duties as assigned • Work Monday through Friday during days with some flexibility after training completion • Complete training beginning in the early morning at 6:30–7:00 a.m.

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must reside and work full-time in AR, KS, MO, OK, or TX before their first day of employment • High School Diploma or GED required • Level 1: At least 1 year of Medical Insurance experience • Level 2: At least 3 years of professional billing experience required • Level 2: CPB required within 1 year of hire date • General understanding of HIPAA and/or EOB • Experience working with insurance companies • Foundational knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, modifiers, and payer rules • Self-motivated with problem-solving skills • Ability to meet productivity, quality, and timeliness standards • Level 1 certification/license/registration: None required
