📋 Description

• Produce accurate and reliable invoices for clients • Handle multiple accounts and documents • Provide production-level support functions for Firm management and high-quality billing practices • Collaborate with department team members to process daily tasks within the work queue • Respond to requests for information • Update system data • Assist with processing and production requests • Review case management systems to determine case stage and details • Review invoicing systems for previously invoiced fees and costs and outstanding items • Reference fee schedules, invoicing worksheets, and client guides to build accurate invoices • Gather and modify documentation for invoice creation • Learn and use case management systems, client systems, invoicing platforms, and other software • Interact professionally and articulately with clients and peers • Complete work timely, accurately, and consistently with client mandates • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school and some college education preferred • Data entry experience preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs • Professional level communication skills • Highly organized and efficient • Flexible and able to adapt well to change • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work in teams or independently • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Positive and professional attitude • Curious with a desire to learn and develop new skills • Ability to sit or stand for long periods • Ability to remain focused for extended periods • Ability to work on computers for a significant portion of the day • Ability to perform repetitive movements as required for positions (typing, clicking, swiveling) • Ability to lift 10–20 pounds as needed • Applicants for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States • Newly hired employees must complete the I-9 form and provide documentation of identity and work eligibility
