📋 Description

• Assist in developing, supporting, and rolling out functionality for an Electronic Health Record system • Optimize organizational workflow processes through tailored application builds • Learn EHR capabilities and functional use and apply healthcare business workflow knowledge • Provide day-to-day technical support to end users, troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and resolve system errors • Perform routine maintenance, including software updates, patches, and upgrades • Participate in testing and validation for system changes, enhancements, and upgrades • Assist with configuring and customizing the EHR system for healthcare providers and organizations • Collaborate with IT professionals, clinicians, administrators, and vendors on EHR initiatives and projects • Maintain documentation of system configurations, user procedures, and support issues • Build relationships with nurses, physicians, revenue cycle, health information management, core team members, and facility leadership • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • Epic certification required within three months of class completion or six months of hire for Level I • Epic certification in the specified area required for Level II • Certification in one or more Epic applications required for Level III • Level I: 0–3 years of applicable IT or healthcare experience required • Level II: 3–5 years of applicable IT or healthcare experience required • Level III: 5 or more years of applicable IT or healthcare experience required • Analytical, organizational, and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and within teams • Ability to solve problems and understand customer needs • Understanding of healthcare business processes and technology • Understanding of healthcare workflows and terminology • Strong desktop tool usage, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Must live and work full-time in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Texas, or plan to relocate to one of these states before employment starts
