📋 Description

• Gather and analyze healthcare data from internal clinical data, patient data, claims data, market demographics, external benchmarking, and other sources • Provide high-level analysis for service line opportunities, financial improvement, business and strategic planning, and business development • Conduct operational analysis related to access benchmarking indicators • Review, interpret, and analyze financial and statistical data • Develop reports and recommendations to improve business performance, financial reporting, and goal achievement • Develop and facilitate data collection, data analysis, and data storytelling for market intelligence initiatives • Gather and aggregate data from multiple sources • Present complex systems simply to clinic managers • Assist in developing business tools and processes supporting strategic planning and growth initiatives • Incorporate organizational data and reporting technologies with analytic tools • Create and maintain a report library, documentation, and standards • Create data reports for internal system customers • Support physician practice operations through physician-specific analytics reporting, including quality, outcomes, and productivity • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must reside and work full-time in AR, KS, MO, OK, or TX before their first day of employment • Bachelor’s Degree required • 0–3 years of professional work experience • Experience in data analytics or strategic planning preferred • Experience creating reports and conducting analysis within Epic and Excel required • Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, and DRG coding concepts • Understanding of market research and intelligence methods • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for multiple stakeholder levels in a fast-paced healthcare environment • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools • Ability to translate analytics into actionable process change within physician practice and ambulatory operations • License/certifications: None required
