📋 Description

• Process rate lock requests in Encompass and communicate with requestors as needed • Process change, reprice, and extension requests • Assist Loan Officers with post-lock file inquiries • Work with Secondary Marketing leadership on system changes, testing, and process flow enhancements • Assist with system, product, and procedural inquiries • Support the Lock Desk by processing rate lock, change, and extension requests while enforcing rate lock policies • Provide real-time training, process enhancement suggestions, and cross-functional support within Secondary Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education/experience • 2+ years’ mortgage lending experience or equivalent coursework, preferred • Experience with Optimal Blue and Encompass systems, preferred • Secondary Marketing or Capital Markets experience, preferred • Excellent attention to detail, mathematical, and analytical skills • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word • Ability to work Pacific Standard Time Zone working hours to support the West Coast region
