📋 Description

• Lead and manage grantmaking review processes, including tracking proposals, due diligence, award letters, grant agreements, and grant workflow • Guide resolution of project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints, escalating when appropriate • Organize and prepare complex documents using standard office software • Gather and summarize data for special reports • Track and approve project expenses and train sponsored project staff on systems and processes • Connect sponsored project staff with resources such as credit card procurement and other sponsorship benefits • Resolve administrative issues with internal partners • Build strong client relationships and respond to inquiries promptly • Lead inquiries and requests and participate in problem-solving for Sponsored Projects • Review, suggest, and implement operational process improvements • Develop and administer Sponsored Projects contracts using RPA templates and systems • Escalate complex contracts to Grants Management and/or Legal as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required • 5–7 years of experience in operations, office support, and client service • Experience with project management and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with the nonprofit sector, including grantmaking or nonprofit operations • Experience with CRM systems and comfort learning new technologies • Advanced skills for solving complex issues and problems • Ability to collaborate on identifying, assessing, prioritizing, and managing project-related risks • Clear and effective verbal communication skills • Ability to provide technical guidance when required • Some travel may be required • Cover letter describing interest and qualifications and resume required for application
