📋 Description

• Design, analyze, test, install, and support Epic-related information system solutions • Provide help and consultation to enterprise departments on system application issues • Serve as technical coordinator between departments and outside vendors • Complete assigned Epic certifications, training, projects, and testing • Collaborate with other EHR Certified Analysts for assigned applications • Provide technical subject matter expertise and business process knowledge to project teams • Define requirements for new systems and develop project plans for technical work • Participate in vendor selection, demonstrations, and functional comparisons • Contribute to contracts, statements of work, process diagrams, screen layouts, and system design • Write design specifications and complete system build and development tasks • Perform unit, business-process, cross-functional, and integrated testing • Develop and validate training materials; participate in end-user training • Support go-live events with training and troubleshooting • Provide technical support, monitor incident tickets, and resolve system issues • Maintain software at supportable levels and communicate updates and enhancements • Maintain detailed system documentation covering architecture, security, and requirements • Lead current-state analysis, alternative-solution development, and system design teams • Develop project plans and comprehensive test plans for implementations and upgrades • Coordinate vendor selection, integrated testing, go-live resources, change management, and optimization activities • Coordinate cross-functional requests and teams for resolution • Advise supervisor of project progress and key issues • Keep abreast of industry developments and trends • Participate in Quality Assurance and Improvement Plan activities and perform other assigned duties • Configure Resolute Hospital Billing, Claims, Electronic Remittance, Contracts, Hospice Claims, Resolute Professional Billing, and Charge Router applications as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future or current employer sponsorship • Two to three years’ experience with Information technology application development, training, and implementation in a healthcare setting • Must have at least five years of Epic experience • Must have at least two Epic certifications and be proficient in assigned module • Epic certifications required • Prior experience in hospital billing revenue cycle workflows, solid understanding of revenue cycle management, and/or experience with billing operations is a benefit • Prior experience in ambulatory revenue cycle workflows, solid understanding of revenue cycle management, and/or experience with billing operations is a benefit
