📋 Description

• Lead pharmaceutical projects from initial stage-gate governance and regulatory approval through final execution and global delivery • Lead projects through internal stage-gate governance processes and secure executive and steering committee approvals • Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, R&D, and Quality Control to align compliance documentation before launch • Develop business cases, project charters, resource plans, and risk management strategies • Drive execution of cross-functional pharmaceutical projects across clinical, technical, manufacturing, or commercial domains • Monitor milestones, critical path activities, budgets, and KPIs • Ensure deliverables meet strict timeline and quality targets • Manage vendor, CMO, and external partner relationships • Serve as the central contact between offshore delivery teams and onshore business partners and executives • Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks, regulatory roadblocks, and scope creep • Provide status reporting to senior leadership and global project steering committees

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Bio-Engineering, or a related field • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is highly preferred • 6–10+ years of direct project management experience within the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences sector • Deep understanding of pharma development life cycles • Knowledge of cGMP standards • Knowledge of regulatory approval frameworks, including FDA and EMA • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) • Demonstrated experience taking pharmaceutical projects from initiation and approval through implementation and closeout • Proven capability to operate effectively in remote/offshore delivery setups • Experience working across time zones with strong self-governance • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills • Confidence leading discussions with onshore UK leadership • Strategic thinking and analytical skills • High rigor in risk and compliance management • Excellent stakeholder negotiation and influence • Adaptability in fast-paced regulatory environments
