📋 Description

• Serve as a flexible operator across the company’s most important operational priorities and own workstreams end to end • Find repetitive operational work and automate it with AI tools, scripts, or no-code platforms • Build internal tools that improve how the team works • Draft, route, track, and organize offer letters, contractor and vendor agreements, NDAs, and amendments • Own onboarding and offboarding end to end • Participate in cross-functional interviews and applicant tracking • Administer basic payroll and benefits, maintain HRIS accuracy, and coordinate with the part-time HR resource • Run the operating cadence, capture decisions, track action items, and support all-hands and offsites • Define operational metrics and build Notion dashboards and reporting cadences • Reconcile data across systems and propose process improvements • Own security questionnaires, vendor reviews, and data processing agreements • Drive SOC 2 certification, including auditor coordination, evidence, and schedule

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a generalist operations role, business operations, strategy and operations, or program management • Experience ideally at a fast-scaling or early-stage company • Ability to own ambiguous projects end to end with minimal supervision • Hands-on use of AI tools, scripts, or no-code platforms to improve efficiency • Ability to build metrics frameworks, dashboards, and reporting cadences • Clear and direct writing • Ability to collaborate across Engineering, Finance, Sales, and customer-facing teams • Bonus: people ops experience, SOC 2 or security questionnaire work, e-commerce or SaaS exposure • LinkedIn profile and resume required for application
