📋 Description

• Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements • Translate business needs into clear system requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria • Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement • Collaborate with architects, developers, and product owners to design, configure, and implement system solutions • Support end-to-end system lifecycle activities, including planning, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to align stakeholders on requirements and solution design • Develop and maintain documentation and artifacts such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), process maps, and data flow diagrams • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case development and defect triage • Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, data governance, and security policies • Act as a change agent by supporting training, documentation, and user adoption efforts • Monitor solution performance and recommend system enhancements based on business feedback and metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or in a similar role • Experience with enterprise platforms such as CRM/Salesforce, ERP, HRIS, or data/reporting systems • Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements • Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and/or SAFe methodologies • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language (and vice versa) • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
