📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and monitor process improvement projects • Collaborate with the Bright Ideas Committee, CX and EX Taskforces, Department Managers, and other stakeholders • Align business process improvements with CNB’s strategic goals and business priorities • Manage project budgets, resources, and risks • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams • Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders • Utilize project management tools and methodologies • Identify and resolve project issues proactively • Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and best practices • Participate in training, workshops, certifications, and educational resources • Set stretch assignments and cross-functional opportunities that foster growth and learning

🎯 Requirements

• An associate’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field of study is preferred • Two years’ experience in managing projects • Background screening will be conducted • Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents • Professional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to utilize telephone systems • Good digital literacy, including email, internet, and intranet use • Ability to utilize Microsoft suite products including Copilot, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Familiarity with robotic process automation and AI tools • Experience with project management software is preferred • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including rate, ratio, percent, and bar graphs • Ability to apply common sense understanding and solve challenging problems involving several variables • Ability to travel occasionally to all market areas and attend offsite seminars or training sessions • May be required to lift 30 pounds
