📋 Description

• Provide first-line Enterprise Business Operations Services oversight of regulatory deliverables, reporting, and audit coordination • Review and analyze operational deliverables and data reports to ensure accurate and timely submission • Interpret new and changing regulatory requirements against current processes and identify needed process updates • Communicate process update recommendations to cross-functional leadership • Support business implementations for process compliance • Own end-to-end audit response activities, including evaluating auditor requests, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and reviewing and approving audit documentation • Drive cross-functional leadership alignment to mitigate compliance risks and improve operational effectiveness • Identify compliance risks and lead targeted operational audits and control reviews • Advise business stakeholders on trends identified through regulatory reviews and audit results • Consult on remediation of findings related to regulatory non-compliance • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, compliance, or related field or equivalent experience required • 2+ years compliance, regulatory, or related experience • Experience with auditing and reporting processes, action plans, and compliance training required • Ability to review and analyze operational deliverables and data reports for accuracy and timeliness • Ability to interpret new and changing regulatory requirements • Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and audit requests • Ability to identify compliance risks and support remediation of regulatory non-compliance findings
