📋 Description

• Embed within a core business area—growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships—and own its analytical function end-to-end • Define the business questions analyses should answer and the decisions they should inform • Challenge flawed or poorly framed questions • Define metrics and build reports • Pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Run analyses and design experiments • Surface insights that improve key business metrics • Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations counterparts • Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommend next steps • Drive initiatives and execution through to measurable business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills • Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills • Ability to influence decisions at the leadership level • Comfortable with Excel, SQL, or Python • Ability to break ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses before analyzing data • Experience defining metrics, building reports, running analyses, and designing experiments
