📋 Description

• Lead delivery of consulting engagements for private equity clients, portfolio companies, and corporations • Develop solutions to complex business problems involving strategy, operations, and enterprise value improvement • Manage consultants and associates across assessment and execution engagements • Act as the on-the-ground project leader coordinating TriVista and client teams • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, deliverables, and client expectations • Drive projects to completion by overseeing, managing, assisting, or executing project activities and workstreams • Identify, quantify, and prioritize enterprise value improvement opportunities • Manage data gathering, analysis, and technical quality assurance • Develop high-quality written deliverables • Lead assessments and technology transformation initiatives focused on enterprise applications, ERP, systems architecture, cybersecurity, technology risk, and IT organizational effectiveness • Support post-merger integration initiatives involving enterprise systems, ERP, cybersecurity, and technology integration • Translate technical findings into business recommendations • Collaborate with other practices to share project information • Manage daily client relationships, risks, issues, check-ins, and final deliverables • Support business development through work-plans, pricing estimates, and risk assessments • Mentor and lead consultants and associates • Provide feedback to direct and indirect reports • Support firm training efforts • Participate in internal projects that build firm capability

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant industry and/or consulting experience • Significant project experience in information technology • Minimum 5 years of results-driven project leadership • Deep functional understanding of ERP modules, workflows, and configuration considerations • Understanding of finance, operations, inventory, production, warehouse, or supply chain processes • Understanding of IT and business strategy, operations, and value drivers • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word • Experience leading complex projects and project teams • Leadership ability to manage, coach, and inspire teams • Experience supporting post-merger integration involving enterprise systems, ERP, cybersecurity, and technology integration • Ability to assess technology and business processes and translate technical findings for executive audiences • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Financial and accounting acumen • Business acumen and ability to gain client management support for initiatives • Self-motivated with initiative and drive • Attention to detail and accuracy • Highly organized and able to balance multiple priorities • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 75% of the time • Authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis • 4-year degree, preferably focused on technology, business, or a related field, and/or combination of education and relevant experience • Relevant certifications or training in enterprise/ERP systems, cybersecurity, project delivery, technology transformation, or post-merger integration are a plus • MBA preferred
