📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategies to grow Airbnb’s success • Define the levers that make programs successful • Build tools and frameworks that enable teams to move faster • Partner with product and marketing teams to design programs for user value and business impact • Develop actionable business analyses for functional leads and stakeholders • Provide data-driven insights using SQL, Excel, and Tableau • Translate business goals into program requirements and go-to-market strategies • Identify growth opportunities, design experiments, and scale proven levers • Build tools and provide data support for actionable decisions • Create materials communicating strategy and business performance • Manage cross-functional workstreams across product, marketing, data science, finance, partnerships, and business operations • Develop relationships with the Airbnb community and provide guidance to help members grow within the marketplace

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a consulting position or strategy operations role • Experience working across multiple geographies • Ability to prioritize quickly and execute new initiatives • Ability to analyze and formulate plans addressing business priorities or issues • Leadership and stakeholder influence • Ability to take initiative and deal with uncertainty • Strong interest in working with the Airbnb community • Ability to manage complex projects and multitask with excellent organization skills • Deep understanding of supply/demand dynamics, incentive design, and growth levers • Loyalty programs, incentive programs, or merchandising background strongly preferred • Strong attention to detail and macro-level outcomes • Strong internal and external communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment • Ability to work proactively with minimal guidance and handle ambiguity • Data-driven mindset and strategic thinking • Comfort with Excel and SQL • Strong verbal and written communication skills
