📋 Description

• Develop actionable business analysis to enable functional leads to provide consistent information to teams and stakeholders • Provide accurate, data-driven insights using SQL, Excel, and Tableau • Partner with product and marketing teams to translate business goals into program requirements and go-to-market strategies • Identify growth opportunities, design experiments, test hypotheses, and scale proven levers • Build tools and provide teams with data support for actionable decision-making • Create materials communicating strategy and business performance to key stakeholders • Manage cross-functional workstreams across product, marketing, data science, finance, partnerships, and business operations • Develop and execute strategies to grow Airbnb's success • Define program success levers and build tools and frameworks that help teams move faster • Develop relationships and provide guidance to help the Airbnb community grow within the marketplace

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in a consulting position or strategy and operations role, working across multiple geographies • Ability to prioritize quickly and execute new initiatives deeply • Ability to analyze and formulate plans addressing key business priorities or issues • Leadership and ability to influence stakeholders • Ability to take initiative and deal with uncertainty • Strong appetite for working with the Airbnb community • Ability to manage complex projects and multitask with excellent organizational skills • Deep understanding of supply/demand dynamics, incentive design, and growth levers • Background in loyalty programs, incentive programs, or merchandising strongly preferred • Attention to detail and macro-level outcomes • Strong internal and external communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment • Ability to work proactively with minimal guidance amid ambiguity • Data-driven approach, strategic thinking, and passion for new products and solutions • Comfortable with Excel and SQL • Strong verbal and written communication skills
