📋 Description

• Serve as a core operating partner to the Head of Finance & Strategy and broader leadership team • Own high-priority initiatives without a natural home, from scoping through execution • Build and evolve weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting rhythms • Design and improve mission-critical business processes across functions • Build dashboards, metrics, and success measures for leadership visibility and decision-making • Design, deploy, and improve AI workflows, automations, and agent-driven processes • Support board and investor reporting, including analysis and narrative development • Partner cross-functionally to solve complex operational problems • Create structure where none exists yet

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 8+ years of experience in finance (investment banking, private equity), management consulting, and/or at a high-growth startup • Strong analytical skills, including comfort with financial data, modeling, and spreadsheet-based analysis • Structured thinking and ability to break down ambiguous problems into practical next steps • Strong execution skills and willingness to own outcomes end to end • Ability to build trust quickly with internal stakeholders and work effectively across functions • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfort moving between strategy, analysis, and hands-on execution without getting hung up on org boundaries • Experience in CDD/Private Equity consulting or analytical operating roles is a bonus • Familiarity with business systems, workflow automation, or internal AI tooling is a bonus • Experience supporting executive planning, investor materials, or board preparation in a high-growth environment is a bonus • Exposure to vertical SaaS, insurtech, or B2B operating models is a bonus
