📋 Description

• Provide expert advice and guidance to broadband and telecommunications clients on business strategy, operations, and organizational development. • Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions. • Lead and manage cross-functional consulting projects from inception to completion. • Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and workshops for clients and internal teams. • Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices to inform strategic decisions. • Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners. • Listen actively and comprehend client needs, tailoring proposed solutions to their unique challenges. • Understand the overarching strategic vision while managing and executing detailed steps required to achieve organizational objectives. • Consistently strive for optimal results and maintain a commitment to excellence. • Balance and prioritize multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic consulting environment. • Engage clients in thoughtful dialogue and use probing questions to uncover underlying needs. • Deliver candid, professional feedback that adds value to client relationships. • Draw on colleagues' and specialists' expertise within JSI to ensure comprehensive client solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience with Network Operations, Business Operations, Billing Software Systems, and/or Marketing within the telecommunications industry. • At least 5 years of experience working for an ISP, telephone company, electric company, or closely with many industry clients. • Experience establishing organizational policies, processes, and/or procedures. • Business process analysis skills. • Ability to actively listen and understand client needs. • Ability to turn client needs into actionable project initiatives. • Experience working with all levels of staff, including management and C-level executives. • Ability to understand the big picture while recognizing and working through detailed steps. • Ability to pursue optimal results and reject inadequate outcomes. • Ability to multitask across multiple concurrent projects. • Ability to engage clients with probing questions and provide professional feedback. • Comfortable presenting at speaking engagements and conferences. • Bachelor's Degree required. • Ability to support travel commitments of up to 20%. • Previous consulting experience is a plus.
