📋 Description

• Lead and execute high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery • Establish clear project structure, milestones, and accountability • Drive alignment across stakeholders with competing priorities • Diagnose operational challenges by identifying root causes • Develop practical, scalable solutions that improve performance and efficiency • Translate ambiguity into structured plans and measurable outcomes • Partner across Sales Operations, Variable Compensation, Learning & Development, Sales Compliance, and Reporting & Analytics • Ensure initiatives are coordinated and aligned to commercial priorities • Modernize commercial processes, tools, and workflows • Evaluate and implement emerging capabilities, including AI and automation • Partner with technology and business teams to translate innovation into adopted solutions • Influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions across the organization • Manage up to executive leadership and across/down to teams • Bring structure, cadence, and visibility to key initiatives • Track progress, remove roadblocks, ensure follow-through, and elevate issues with clear recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or commercial operations • Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional projects • Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward execution • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements or new ways of working • Exposure to digital transformation, automation, or AI-driven initiatives within a commercial or operational context • Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate matrixed organizations • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics • High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail • Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
