📋 Description

• Partner with the Business Operations and Strategy lead for Public Sector leadership to develop and refine go-to-market strategy across government and public sector segments • Assess market trends, including procurement policy, budget cycles, and competitive dynamics, to identify opportunities and prioritize focus areas • Build and maintain analytical models assessing performance across teams, territories, segments, and products • Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-enabled workflows and automation opportunities • Share insights and recommendations in business reviews, executive briefings, and planning cycles • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally and across new markets

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in analytical roles such as Consulting, Business Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy, or GTM Analytics • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills • Ability to independently structure problems and analyses and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders • Fluency with Excel/Google Sheets, SQL/Databricks, and/or BI or visualization platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Mode • Working familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot • Interest in building or evaluating AI-assisted workflows • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and sense of ownership • Ability to move fast in a remote working environment • Comfort with ambiguity and high-growth environments • Fully fluent in English • Familiarity with Public Sector sales dynamics, procurement cycles, contract vehicles, and compliance considerations is an ideal qualification • Track record of publishing AI products, workflows, or automations is an ideal qualification • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners is an ideal qualification
