Pathpoint serves verticals such as contractors, lessor’s risk, vacant properties, restaurants, manufacturing, and cyber for small businesses. By providing instant quotes through automated underwriting, e-signing, and prefilled applications, Pathpoint significantly reduces the time needed to serve clients and grow business for insurance agents.

📋 Description

• Take end-to-end ownership of Pathpoint's communications and AI tooling domain • Own lifecycle and campaign messaging, the shared email operations layer, telephony and conversation intelligence, and production AI agents • Manage Customer.io segmentation, Liquid templating, lifecycle and transactional campaigns, and supporting data pipelines • Administer Front for email routing, triage, and automation • Administer Dialpad, generate insights, and improve use of call data • Extend and operate AI email agents, ship AI help center chat, and develop new agent workflows • Establish evaluation approaches, guardrails, and staged releases for customer-facing communications • Independently administer Salesforce objects, flows, and reports • Use SQL for warehouse analysis, campaign targeting, and measuring outcomes • Build and maintain n8n workflows integrating Salesforce, communications platforms, and LLM APIs • Work with APIs, webhooks, data syncs, and unfamiliar systems • Proactively identify problems, own outcomes, and bring teams along through operational changes

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years in marketing operations, revenue operations, business operations, or a similar systems-heavy role • Hands-on experience building with AI in production, including shipping LLM-powered workflows or agents used by real users • Experience with prompt regressions, evaluation, and failure modes • Deep platform skill in at least one communications system (Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, or similar), including templating logic and data integration • Working SQL • Demonstrated comfort administering Salesforce or an equivalent CRM at the object and automation level • Strong communication judgment • Owner's disposition, including debugging work and fixing root causes • n8n, Zapier, or similar workflow-automation depth • Insurance or fintech operations exposure • Experience being the sole or founding owner of a system surface • Experience building system integrations • Prior roles in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations • Eligible to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future
