📋 Description

• Support day-to-day Career Catalyst employer-of-record services • Perform high-volume client onboarding, offboarding, and I-9 verifications • Respond to client, employee, and worksite requests via email or ticketing system • Support Career Catalyst Coordinators in troubleshooting and resolving client and employee issues • Provide feedback to streamline Career Catalyst tools and services • Support recruitment, onboarding, re-hire, and offboarding processes through assigned tasks • Audit employee progress toward process completion • Perform HR compliance audits, including I-9 documentation, work permits, and anti-harassment training

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) + years of experience in business administration, and/or human resources and program coordination • Excellent record in customer service required • Familiarity with human resources hiring, payroll, and termination processes required • Experience with Salesforce preferred • Experience with Workday or comparable HRIS platforms preferred • Experience in an education or non-profit environment preferred • Familiarity with the Community College system • Must be a California resident and reside in California
