📋 Description
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized tapering plans grounded in hyperbolic tapering methodology • Manage ongoing patient care, including medication adjustments, symptom monitoring, and withdrawal support • Collaborate with care coordinators to ensure continuity across the patient journey
🎯 Requirements
• Active PMHNP certification with licensure in one or more states: California, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, New York, North Carolina, Virginia • 2 years+ of post-certification clinical experience • Tech savvy and confident in a fully remote environment • Willing to challenge and unlearn parts of your clinical training • Want to work directly alongside the clinicians and researchers who are building the first deprescribing guidelines
