📋 Description

• Own accounts receivable: daily invoicing, payment application, AR follow-up, and collections (QuickBooks Online + Zoho CRM) • Lead month-end close: journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting • Handle accounts payable, commission processing, and payroll journal entries • File 1099s and Minnesota Sales and Use Tax accurately and on time • Send KPI reports to leadership and proactively flag anything that needs attention • Identify process improvements and contribute to how the accounting department runs

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience • QuickBooks Online proficiency required • Experience with Zoho, HubSpot, or similar CRM is a plus • Responsive communicator, same-day replies are your default • Take accountability and pride in the accuracy of your work • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal oversight • Curious and improvement-minded, you ask questions and bring ideas • Google Workspace proficient • Bachelor’s in Accounting or Business preferred
