📋 Description

• Research and identify tradespeople and construction businesses via online directories, Yellow Pages, Google and industry databases • Enter business details, contact names and email addresses accurately into a spreadsheet and Empiraa CRM • Send templated outreach emails to tradespeople to onboard them onto the Mates Rates platform • Track outreach status and follow up with non-responders in a timely manner • Categorise and tag tradespeople by trade type, location and status within the database • Maintain data accuracy and consistency across all records • Flag duplicate entries and clean existing data as required • Report on daily and weekly outreach activity and database growth • Support general administrative tasks related to platform onboarding as directed

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry, lead generation or database management roles • High accuracy and attention to detail with large volumes of data • Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools • Strong written English communication skills for email outreach • Ability to work independently and stay on task across a 20-hour week • Comfortable with repetitive, detail-oriented work at pace • Familiarity with online business directories and web research techniques • Organised and methodical approach to managing and tracking outreach pipelines • Reliable internet connection and home office setup • Experience with CRM tools or outreach platforms advantageous
