📋 Description

• Review and verify loan applications, supporting documents, and financial information for accuracy and completeness • Process mortgage, personal, or commercial loan files from application through to settlement • Liaise with clients, brokers, lenders, solicitors, and valuers to obtain required documentation and updates • Ensure all loan applications comply with company policies, lending regulations, and compliance standards • Conduct credit checks, income verification, and data entry into loan processing systems • Monitor loan application progress and proactively follow up on outstanding conditions or approvals • Maintain accurate customer records and prepare loan documentation for underwriting and settlement • Provide excellent customer service by responding to client enquiries and resolving processing issues promptly

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in loan processing, mortgage administration, or a similar finance role • Strong understanding of lending procedures, credit assessment, and financial documentation • Experience using loan processing software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with clients and financial institutions • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines and compliance standards • Knowledge of banking regulations, responsible lending practices, and confidentiality requirements.
