📋 Description

• Convert incoming inquiries into scheduled consultations through phone calls, text messages, and email communications • Sell the clinic’s services, cosmetic surgery procedures, MedSpa treatments, and overall patient experience to prospective clients • Present providers’ qualifications, credentials, expertise, and experience to build trust and encourage consultation scheduling • Address concerns, overcome objections, answer questions, and convert interested prospects into booked appointments • Respond promptly and professionally to prospective patients • Provide accurate information about available procedures and treatments • Guide prospective patients through the consultation booking process • Use Nextech Practice Management Software and Go High Level CRM to manage inquiries, document communications, update lead records, and track appointment statuses • Maintain detailed records of inbound calls, inquiries, follow-ups, scheduled consultations, and lead conversion rates • Document reasons inquiries fail to convert, identify recurring objections or barriers, and maintain consistent follow-up to improve conversion performance

🎯 Requirements

• Mastery of spoken and written English, with a clear, professional speaking style and no discernible accent • Demonstrated ability to convert incoming leads into scheduled appointments • Ability to confidently promote services, overcome objections, and close for the consultation • Strong knowledge of cosmetic surgery procedures and MedSpa treatments • Ability to explain services accurately and professionally to prospective patients • Hands-on experience with Nextech Practice Management Software and Go High Level CRM is required • Strong attention to detail • Accurate recordkeeping • Ability to track calls, appointments, follow-ups, conversion rates, and reasons for unsuccessful conversions • Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently
