📋 Description

• Lead the design and visual direction of assigned client projects from concept through execution • Translate strategy into visual outcomes across digital, print, motion and environmental formats • Develop brand-aligned visual assets including signage systems, pitch decks, illustrations, event branding and wayfinding • Incorporate motion design and animation into visuals where applicable • Use generative AI image tools for concept visualisation, mood-boarding and exploration • Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients • Maintain quality control, consistency and accuracy across design outputs • Generate original concepts and visual solutions from creative briefs • Collaborate with marketing, production, client services and broader Creative teams • Participate in client meetings, creative reviews and new business pitches • Build and maintain supplier relationships • Liaise with suppliers regarding design production accuracy and feasibility • Contribute to timelines, status updates and workflow tools such as Monday.com • Provide design oversight and mentorship to junior creatives • Champion design excellence and share knowledge of design trends, materials, production techniques and technologies • Contribute positively to Seeker Agency’s creative culture and model its values and behaviours

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a graphic design role, ideally within a brand experience, creative, or event agency environment • Strong understanding of design principles including layout, typography and visual storytelling • Portfolio spanning concept to execution • Experience preparing technically accurate artwork for production across large-format print, event signage, temporary structures and wayfinding • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) • Demonstrated expertise across print, digital and motion-based applications • Proficiency in Google Slides for visually compelling pitch decks and client-facing presentations • Ability to build polished, templated master decks for agency use • Working knowledge of Adobe Firefly and generative AI image tools • Ability to apply generative AI tools within a professional creative workflow • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools including Claude • Curiosity about emerging technologies and their application within brand experience design • Practical knowledge of spatial design for event environments, including signage placement and audience flow • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities within tight deadlines • Confident presenting design rationale to internal and external stakeholders • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly collaborative and solution-oriented approach
