📋 Description

• Analyze and enhance clinical workflows, data collection, and reporting for clinical operations • Assist in designing, testing, validating, and implementing EHR systems and updates under close supervision • Collaborate with clinical staff, technical teams, and leadership to identify needs and develop solutions • Develop and optimize processes for accurate and secure collection, storage, and access to clinical data • Support clinical end-users by identifying workflow improvements, standardizing processes, and assisting with system navigation and adoption • Help ensure EHR and EMR configurations are secure and compliant with internal standards and regulatory requirements • Participate in testing and validating software releases and enhancements • Document, communicate, and implement optimized clinical workflows with leadership • Work with leadership to optimize workflows for efficient access to and retrieval of clinical data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree for clinical and doctorate degree for pharmacy • Registered Nurse (RN) • PharmD • Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote/hybrid positions • Stable Wi-Fi with sufficient bandwidth to support video conferencing, cloud-based tools, and other online work-related activities • HIPAA-compliant work environment with a secure workspace free from unauthorized access or interruptions • No use of public Wi-Fi unless connected through a secure company-provided VPN • Compliance with all applicable HIPAA privacy and security regulations
