📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic and operational partner to the executive team supporting key business priorities and initiatives • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, timelines, ownership, and measurable outcomes • Facilitate alignment across leadership and key internal and external partners • Identify emerging risks, issues, and dependencies and provide analyses, recommendations, and updates • Prepare analyses, updates, recommendations, and materials supporting leadership discussions and decision-making • Lead complex projects for new and existing clients, including project plans, milestones, deliverables, risks, and accountabilities • Coordinate cross-functional teams from sales through implementation, stabilization, and transition to ongoing account management • Lead client network status meetings, progress updates, issue resolution, and escalation of significant implementation risks • Identify opportunities to improve services, tools, workflows, and handoffs • Develop scalable practices that improve current and future offerings • Support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts using implementation and performance data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field required • Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, supply chain, consulting, client implementation, project management, or related field • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or client implementations • Experience working with hospital or health system leaders • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen • Excellent project and program management skills • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management capabilities • Executive-level communication and presentation skills • Ability to influence and drive accountability across functions without direct authority • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills • Ability to manage multiple complex priorities in a fast-paced environment
