• Lead all back-end revenue cycle functions (billing, collections, denials, and revenue integrity across the hospital). • Drive modernization of billing platforms and front-end digital tools. • Implement dashboards and performance tracking systems for KPIs. • Centralize revenue cycle functions into a high-performing CBO model. • Serve as a key partner to the CFO and executive team in revenue cycle strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, or Finance required; Master’s degree (MHA, MBA, MPH) strongly preferred. • Minimum 10 years of progressive revenue cycle leadership experience • Proficiency with healthcare IT and RCM systems (e.g., Athena, MedHost, Epic, Cerner, CPSI)
• Reliable high-speed internet connection required for all remote/hybrid positions • HIPAA-compliant work environment required
