📋 Description

• Execute development for multiple parallel project engagements • Produce, maintain, and modify digital experiences and user interfaces • Partner with UX/UI, copy and design teams to develop the overall look and design • Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and usability are included early • Develop overall development approach and guide other developers through delivery • Provide coaching, feedback and oversight for developers on project-based work • Partner with QA to troubleshoot defects and optimize development processes

🎯 Requirements

• Write high-quality code for digital platforms using HTML, CSS and Javascript • Experience producing, maintaining, and modifying digital experiences and user interfaces • Ability to partner with UX/UI, copy and design teams to develop the overall look and design • Knowledge of accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and ease of use best practices • Experience developing approaches and guiding other developers; coaching and oversight • Ability to partner with QA to troubleshoot, resolve defects, and optimize development processes
