📋 Description

• Direct activities and coordinate the day-to-day quality control system and procedures for the company, from project startup to completion • Attend project pre-construction meetings to discuss the QMS Program and review Lessons Learned • Manage daily activities of the quality control program • Train team members in the use of the quality control program • Perform administrative set up of projects within the quality program database • Conduct jobsite inspections/audits to ensure that quality controls are in place • Work with Project Managers, Site Managers and Design Managers to ensure quality performance and installation of materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or technical/associate degree in a related field • Ten years related experience or equivalent total of both experience and education totaling fourteen years • Excellent communication skills • Must be physically present in one of our office locations (Lexington, KY; Charlotte, NC; Birmingham, AL) • Required to travel up to 100% of the time
