📋 Description

• Daily coordination and direction of the project • Conceptualize a construction plan that meets the client’s goals • Ensure daily and weekly activities are consistent with the construction plan • Maintain open and positive communications with contractors and subcontractors • Monitor quality levels and ensure adherence to safety processes • Coordinate safety inspections with the Safety Director • Supervise and coordinate activities within the project site

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of ten years’ experience in the construction industry • Minimum of five years of experience in construction • Communicates well both verbally and in writing • Ability to identify, assimilate and comprehend critical elements of a situation • Effectiveness in planning and controlling work and motivating subordinates • Ability to monitor construction schedules • Ability to read construction set drawings, process design documents, P&ID, isometrics, and equipment sheets • Strong teamwork background • Highly motivated with a demonstrated passion for excellence
