📋 Description

• Serve as the primary project lead and trusted partner for customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams throughout the deployment lifecycle • Drive business-critical, customer-facing initiatives from concept through implementation • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives • Oversee project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closure • Develop and execute stakeholder communication, governance, and change management strategies • Manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously • Partner with leadership to prioritize strategic investments and establish scalable project management practices • Define, prioritize, and execute strategic technology implementation projects • Translate business objectives into project plans with deliverables, milestones, success metrics, and timelines • Lead complex, cross-functional programs through deployment and closeout • Establish governance structures and facilitate stakeholder decision-making • Serve as primary customer contact throughout implementation projects • Lead customer-facing meetings, progress reviews, training activities, and readiness assessments • Support customer adoption, change management, and business outcome realization • Develop and maintain project charters, work plans, budgets, schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and status reporting • Facilitate steering committee and executive governance meetings • Communicate project progress, risks, dependencies, financial performance, and deliverables • Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and obstacles • Perform operational analyses, process mapping, workflow assessments, and data-driven evaluations • Define, measure, and report KPIs and project success metrics • Identify process improvement and operational efficiency opportunities • Enhance project management methodologies, tools, and best practices • Lead cross-functional teams across business units and functional areas • Influence decisions and outcomes through collaboration rather than direct authority • Build relationships with executive leadership, customer stakeholders, and operational teams • Provide project management subject matter expertise and mentorship

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field • 7+ years of experience leading complex, high-visibility business or technology implementation projects • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects that achieve measurable business results • Strong communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive presentation skills • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment • Advanced analytical, planning, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools • Ability to travel up to 40% • PMP, PMI, or equivalent project management certification preferred • Experience within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting organization preferred • Experience implementing technology, automation, digital, or operational transformation solutions preferred • Healthcare, medical device, supply chain, logistics, or regulated-industry experience preferred • Formal training or demonstrated experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred • Experience leading customer-facing technology implementations and change management initiatives preferred
