• Develop and align the total rewards strategy with company goals under the leadership of the CHRO • Influence direction and strategy development through ongoing communications with senior leadership and the Board of Directors • Lead and develop compensation and benefits teams • Serve as subject matter expert for annual incentive compensation and other incentive plans • Oversee stock compensation plan design and administration • Plan, develop, and oversee health and welfare benefit programs, 401(k), and ESPP • Coordinate compensation and benefits plan communications with HR leaders • Review and improve global compensation programs • Drive continuous improvement of job architecture and career pathing • Lead annual compensation planning, including base salary, bonus, awards, communications, and administration • Provide thought leadership on new hire packages, performance recognition, incentive plans, retention arrangements, and compensation structures • Establish global compensation budgets and guidelines with HR and Finance • Align performance management and succession planning processes with pay programs
• 10-15 years of compensation and benefits design and planning experience • Proven managerial experience as a global senior-level total rewards leader • Superior communication skills at all levels • Executive compensation experience • BA, MBA, or BS from an accredited institution • Private Equity experience preferred; relevant public company and industry-related experience considered • If remote, occasional travel will be required
