📋 Description

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from kickoff through offer, with focus on precision, velocity, candidate pipeline building, and candidate experience • Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for top-tier candidates, especially competitive engineering roles • Lead candidate outreach, pitch the company mission and team, and conduct interviews assessing skill and potential • Partner with hiring managers to understand team goals and define exceptional talent for each role • Build and maintain a high-caliber talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs • Champion an outstanding candidate experience through clear, timely, and respectful communication • Monitor recruiting metrics and analyze week-over-week data trends • Spend approximately 50% of time on sourcing and 50% on full-cycle recruiting

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle design recruiting experience • Consistent track record attracting and closing world-class engineering and design talent • Deep sourcing expertise, including advanced research techniques and outreach strategies • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage dozens of moving parts • Clear, persuasive communication and ability to pitch roles credibly • Ability to build trust with stakeholders at every level • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful • Ability to operate with urgency and take ownership • Growth mindset and high standards for quality • Ability to continuously refine and improve recruiting craft
