📋 Description

• Shift restaurant software from outputs to outcomes by building experiences that synthesize what matters, explain why it matters, recommend next actions, and make action easy • Own the core operator experience across mobile and desktop, including orders, guest issues, operational settings, business performance, and growth opportunities • Build personalized business guidance across product, email, SMS, customer success, and AI agent experiences • Scale unified guest and order management for reviews, support requests, forms, order issues, and operational exceptions • Productize best-practice playbooks into personalized recommendations, one-tap actions, and safe automation • Design permissions, confirmations, evaluation loops, rollback paths, and failure handling for AI-assisted execution • Spend meaningful time with restaurant owners and teams in restaurants, kitchens, over text, and alongside support and success teams • Turn field insights into product priorities, improved AI behavior, and scalable products • Align product, design, engineering, data, AI, customer success, and operations around high-impact operator outcomes • Help scale point-of-sale and kiosk business lines past $100M+ ARR

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, or equivalent building experience • Track record of shipping high-impact products • Forward-deployed customer obsession, including visiting restaurants, observing live workflows, texting with operators, and shadowing frontline teams • AI product instincts grounded in real operations • Excellent product judgment and taste • Technical depth and strong engineering partnership • Ability to reason about systems, data flows, integrations, permissions, reliability, and tradeoffs • Bias toward outcomes over features • Strong prioritization and execution • Cross-functional leadership • Ability to align product, design, engineering, data, AI, customer success, and operations
