• Serve as the primary contact between Meitheal Pharmaceuticals and national wholesaler distribution partnerships. • Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships with wholesaler distribution partners. • Manage all activities related to the channel distribution. • Work with Pricing, Contract Marketing, Marketing, Supply Chain, Legal and Finance to assist in management of wholesaler distribution agreements. • Provide insight on channel trends and monitor distribution service to ensure optimal performance. • Produce accurate, timely and effective business review meetings and resolve customer service-related issues. • Establish multi-level relationships with national customer base and through quarterly business reviews with key customers. • Support day-to-day activities with wholesaler distribution partners to ensure effective and efficient distribution to the end-user customer. • Present recommendations on business opportunities to drive growth within assigned customer base (wholesaler source programs). • Drive strategic initiatives to improve Meitheal’s competitive position within distribution channels. • Ensure strategies for Meitheal products are implemented to achieve budget and company goals. • Gather pertinent information to successfully launch new products. • Participate in the development of sales strategies by product and customer. • Promote the Meitheal culture through positive interpersonal activities.
• Experienced in establishing wholesaler distribution partnerships or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Attention to detail and ability to work individually, within a multi-disciplinary team. • Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills. • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university. • 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with trade and channel distribution-related experience. • Must be willing and able to travel 50% of the time and have high energy levels. • Requires regular travel to Corporate Office. • Computer Skills Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
