📋 Description

• Coordinate with Oxfam International InfoSec, affiliate infrastructure teams, business units, staff, applications, vendors, and consultants • Lead and maintain stable, secure, and scalable IT systems • Coordinate with the Managed Security Services Provider to monitor and resolve cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities • Lead security incident response, investigation, documentation, analysis, and remediation • Maintain security policies, standards, privacy practices, and acceptable-use guidelines • Manage firewalls, VPN access, endpoint protection, backups, disaster recovery, and security audits • Perform vulnerability scans and penetration tests and implement remediations • Maintain infrastructure documentation, network diagrams, system architecture, configuration standards, asset inventories, and procedures • Oversee on-premise and cloud infrastructure, networks, servers, backups, endpoints, Microsoft Intune, and O365 • Lead patch management, infrastructure upgrades, and improvements • Optimize audiovisual equipment and conference-room technologies for hybrid and in-person meetings • Lead helpdesk operations, ticket management, escalations, end-user tools, account provisioning, and access controls • Procure IT hardware and software, negotiate vendor quotes, and manage IT asset inventories and lifecycles

🎯 Requirements

• BA or BS in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent combination of experience, education and training • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity roles, including team and vendor management • In-depth knowledge of networking principles, firewalls such as Meraki, endpoint protection, O365, Azure, and Intune • Proficiency in security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and familiarity with SIEM tools • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems such as Jira and ServiceNow • Working knowledge of audiovisual systems for conference rooms • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills • Critical thinking and analytical capabilities with a solution-oriented mindset • Ability to operate independently and apply strategic thinking with technical depth • Expert-level knowledge of data, information, and security standards, policies, and architecture • Contract and vendor negotiation and relationship management skills • Experience researching, evaluating, and proposing technology strategies • Experience creating, modifying, and producing policy and procedural documentation • Proven experience implementing technology systems and liaising between IT and business partners • Preferred: experience supporting non-profit, advocacy, or international development organizations • Preferred: experience with Azure, AWS, PaaS, SaaS, O365, Box, and integrations • Preferred: knowledge of PCI, PII, GDPR, HIPAA, and related privacy and security practices • Preferred: Azure, cybersecurity, or ITIL certification • Satisfactory references and appropriate pre-employment checks required • Must meet applicable work authorization requirements; employer participates in E-Verify
