📋 Description

• Provide technical advice to customers, include providing technical support to customer’s inquiries, crafting solutions to customers’ projects and generating price quotes with detailed project design. • Understand customers’ pain points, provide troubleshooting service and resolve customers' complaints regarding technical issues. • If necessary, advise them of additional services and product solutions. • Maintain close communication with customers. • Facilitate communications between customers and cross-functional teams including Marketing, BD, PM and Production Team. • Organize and provide internal technical training by delivering presentations or/and demos. • Demonstrate technical expertise when attending trade shows or exhibitions. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Immunology, Virology, Neuroscience, Gene Therapy, Biomedical Sciences, or a related life science discipline. • Native or professional-level proficiency in written and spoken Chinese. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Strong ability to read, interpret, and apply scientific literature. • Hands-on research experience in molecular biology, cell biology, virology, gene therapy, gene delivery, or related fields. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
