📋 Description

• Own executive relationships across strategic accounts. • Drive expansion revenue, renewals, and upsell opportunities. • Coach and develop a team of Strategic Accounts Managers. • Build and execute customer advocacy initiatives. • Partner with cross-functional teams. • Serve as executive sponsor for key partnerships. • Help establish processes and metrics to scale the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in procurement leadership or consulting. • Deep familiarity with enterprise procurement. • Track record of growing accounts. • Experience leading customer-facing teams. • Executive communication skills. • Experience managing complex relationships. • Comfort in high-growth startup environments. • Salesforce or equivalent CRM proficiency.
