📋 Description

• Act as the primary project contact for assigned CDMO/CMO customers • Provide structured customer updates and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle • Coordinate with Operations and site teams in Minnesota and Israel on manufacturing readiness, timelines, priorities, risks, and execution • Build and maintain project plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items • Manage launches, supply initiatives, tech transfers, and ongoing commercial activities • Manage internal projects supporting CDMO processes, governance, tools, and ways of working • Identify bottlenecks, trade-offs, and execution risks and drive mitigation plans • Support commercial handoff from signed opportunity to active execution • Prepare customer updates, internal status reports, action logs, and decision trackers • Track project milestones and coordinate with Finance and Commercial to ensure timely, accurate invoicing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of experience in project or program management within a pharmaceutical CMO/CDMO or closely related regulated manufacturing environment • Demonstrated experience managing customer-facing projects, ideally involving tech transfers, new product introductions, commercial launches, or supply continuity efforts • Strong understanding of cross-functional pharma/CMO workflows, including Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with clear structure, discipline, and follow-through • Excellent communication skills with external customers and senior internal stakeholders • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • High level of attention to detail • Proficiency in Smartsheet, MS Projects, Excel, and PowerPoint
