📋 Description

• Use technology to build trust and triage patients to the right care at the right time • Provide exceptional virtual care and customer service through live messaging, video, phone, and/or email • Document patient interactions within the EMR • Follow and apply clinically validated triage protocols • Provide high-quality service to patients and providers • Complete basic nursing responsibilities, outpatient testing, medications, and related tasks • Troubleshoot technology with patients • Ensure a seamless patient call-center experience • Coordinate lab orders, prescription orders, radiology tests, and other aspects of patient care • Work on projects that optimize operational efficiency and improve the telemedicine experience • Assist in identifying technology needs that improve patient experience • Complete additional projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical/bedside hospital setting • Active, unencumbered RN license issued by the state where you reside, with compact/multistate privileges • Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish • Hands-on RN experience in ER/ED, ICU, Stepdown, Telemetry, Med-Surg, Oncology, and/or Float is highly preferred • Ability to give and receive actionable feedback • Critical-thinking and problem-solving ability • Strong multitasking, typing, and interpersonal skills • Enthusiasm for and adaptability to new technology • Mastery of oral and written language • Ability to assess and communicate with patients via a text-based platform • Flexibility and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-starting • Comfortable communicating with patients through live messaging, video, phone, and/or email
