âą 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or marketing technology. âą Deep expertise with HubSpot, Pardot, marketing automation, and CRM integrations. âą Experience owning and optimizing paid digital marketing programs. âą Hands-on experience with Braze or similar customer engagement platforms. âą Strong understanding of lead generation, lead management, nurture strategies, and funnel optimization. âą Experience supporting account-based marketing programs. âą Experience leveraging third-party marketing and prospecting data, including ZoomInfo or similar platforms. âą Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and translating data into action; strong attention to detail. âą Experience working in healthcare, health tech, SaaS, or other B2B technology environments preferred. âą Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. âą Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
