📋 Description

• Take an active role in the entire creative process, from brainstorming to final delivery • Create high-quality visual assets for creative ad concepts across Meta and TikTok • Collaborate with the team on creative briefs, design needs, and deadlines • Ensure pixel-perfect designs with strong attention to detail, typography, and aesthetics • Provide technical assistance and best practices for file management and digital standards • Contribute proactively to ideation and creative solutions to enhance campaign performance

🎯 Requirements

• Must be an Adobe Suite expert, primarily Photoshop and Illustrator • Experience working in Figma • Must have experience and a proven track record working with paid social ads • Experience working with FinTech clients is a huge plus • Passion for the start-up space with a focus on copywriting and a demonstrable understanding of the market and trends • Solution-driven personality, proactive in influencing creative decision-making to improve KPIs and social metrics • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn • Self-starting attitude and enthusiasm • CV and portfolio required for application
