📋 Description

• Manage multiple projects across multiple brands and departments • Create clear timelines, deliverables, owners, priorities, and deadlines • Keep projects and team members aligned, accountable, and on track • Follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure important work gets completed • Identify blockers, missed handoffs, and potential delays before they become problems • Keep leadership updated on project status, priorities, and risks • Improve internal processes, workflows, and organization • Coordinate across marketing, creative, creators, paid media, social, e-commerce, and leadership • Help ensure launches, campaigns, and important deadlines do not fall through the cracks • Work across TikTok Shop, UGC and creative strategy, TikTok creators and affiliates, Trybe/creator programs, Shopify, organic social/social management, Meta Ads, creative production, Amazon, product launches, and campaigns • Bring structure to marketing and creative operations without slowing the organization • Establish clear ownership, visibility, priorities, and accountability across teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of project management, marketing operations, or similar experience • Experience in an agency, multi-brand company, DTC brand, performance marketing agency, or similar environment • Comfortable managing many projects, stakeholders, and deadlines at the same time • Understands digital marketing and creative workflows • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and strong at follow-up • Can hold people accountable while maintaining strong working relationships • Can identify inefficiencies and help improve systems and processes • Comfortable with changing priorities and a fast-moving environment • Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Notion, or similar tools
