📋 Description

• Lead a team of five investor relations associates • Set weekly priorities, targets, and support needs • Join calls, review pitches, and coach associates in the moment • Hold weekly 1:1s with every associate • Participate in senior-level mandate calls • Review weekly wins and losses and report numbers to both founders • Own results across mandate calls, activations, pitches, founder calls, and referrals • Develop each associate through clear standards, feedback, and improvement plans • Hire and onboard team members as the team grows • Maintain the quality standard for investor introductions • Report directly to both founders

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience leading a team, ideally around five people • Background on the investment side: family office, VC, growth fund, investment bank, or capital raising for private companies • Knowledge of how family offices make decisions and what prompts them to take a founder call • Ability to run investor calls independently • Ability to provide early, kind, and candid feedback while maintaining high standards • Experience using AI tooling and a clean CRM to handle administrative work
