📋 Description

• Handle escalated customer issues requiring advanced problem-solving • Resolve high-touch priority cases for internal teams within required timelines • Assist frontline agents with complex inquiries as a technical and operational expert • Collaborate with Engineering, Field Ops, and Billing to resolve cases • Conduct outbound follow-ups with passive or negative NPS customers • Gather customer feedback and escalate systemic issues to leadership • Identify customer dissatisfaction trends and recommend process improvements • Contact customers with positive survey scores to request lead referrals • Provide backup support during BPO outages or system disruptions • Assist with load balancing during high call volumes or staffing shortages • Improve efficiency, response times, customer satisfaction, and business resilience

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service and escalations; solar industry preferred • Strong solution-based problem-solving skills related to solar energy systems • Proactive approach to challenges and solution development • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset • Ability to manage high-pressure escalations professionally and urgently • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and ticketing tools • Ability to analyze NPS data and identify customer trends • Flexibility to support business continuity and frontline operations • Proficiency in Spanish to support Spanish-speaking customers (required) • Successful completion of a background check
